I went in to get a semi-impacted wisdom tooth out, and my gums were really swollen, there was pus, and it was very painful ㅠ They took an X-ray and said the nerve and the tip of the root were touching, so we should do a CT to look more closely, and on the CT too the nerve and root were touching. It was a difficult case, but they explained it in detail and kindly, so I felt calmer. They numbed me, and while the anesthesia was taking effect I got scaling, then they pulled it. The only pain was a little sting when they gave the anesthetic shot, and during the extraction I was just holding my mouth open wide so I wouldn't get in the way, then I was surprised when they said it was all out in a minute. I was scared because it didn't hurt at all, but they kept explaining things so I felt reassured. The wisdom tooth came out cleanly in one piece, and they stitched the extraction site. The doctor was really kind and really skilled too ㅠ I had no swelling at all from the start, and even 4 hours after the extraction only the extraction spot was throbbing a little and everything else felt the same as before. Highly recommend
I found out about this place by chance and read reviews before going, and I saw people saying there's no overtreatment and that they treat you well, and especially there were so many reviews saying there's no overtreatment!! I went in half doubtful, but at a dentist I went to before, it was a wisdom tooth and without even saying that they suddenly told me I needed a root canal and a gold crown, so I held out and went to a big hospital and they said, why would you do a root canal on a wisdom tooth? After that I didn't really trust private clinics, but the doctor here really only recommended the treatment I actually needed, and even the anesthesia hurt a lot less compared to other places. It's usually normal to end up going back and forth for about a month, but here they try to finish as quickly as possible and they really listen to what patients say. They only say what needs to be said and only do the treatment that's needed, really recommend!! It's an hour away, but I think I'll only come here. You can go here with trust. People say dental clinics often charge whatever they want and do a lot of overtreatment, but not here!!
I sincerely recommend this clinic. I'm on my way home after treatment and this is the first review I've written in my life. First, there is no overtreatment. Even though my teeth are in relatively bad shape for my age, unlike what I was told at other clinics, they clearly distinguished which teeth had arrested cavities. It really feels like they only do the treatment that's actually needed. Second, they put the patient at ease. Some dentists point out or scold you about how you've managed your teeth, but what's the point of picking at something that's already in the past.. They think together with you, from the patient's side, about treatment and care going forward. You can feel the director's character. Also, I have pretty serious dental anxiety, and the effort to reduce the pain and calm me down however they could really stood out. If you're scared of the dentist, I sincerely recommend this clinic.
