- My appointment was at 2:30, and I arrived early, around 1:40. While I was waiting, they did the CT scan first, and around 3:30 we started the actual consultation. There was a bit of waiting time! Based on the CT images, they carefully checked whether I was in a condition that needed orthodontic treatment and surgery or not, and they explained things kindly and specifically for a whole hour, so I ended up trusting them deeply. There was no overtreatment, and the quality of the consultation was so high that I felt like I really wanted to have the surgery here too. It's a clinic that was satisfying enough that the wait didn't feel like a waste. The staff were all very kind too. I really recommend it!
